At IGNTD, it's very important to us that all our members are able to access the groups. If you've joined a group and you're waiting for it to start but no one is there, the common reasons are:
1. You joined the group at the incorrect time. Double check the date, time and timezone of the group to ensure that you're joining the group at the correct time.
2. The group may be a few minutes delayed. In this digital age, sometimes there are technical glitches, give it a few more minutes for the Coach the start the meeting.
3. You are trying to access the group with the wrong link. Sometimes the links do get updated. Ensure that the link you're using to access the group is the link that was sent to your email (In the 'Daily Group Rundown' Emails or the confirmation link you've received after signing up for a group).
